Alcon Components has designed and built brakes in Tamworth, England since 1984. Its calipers are used in rally, GT and touring-car competition and in OEM and specialist-vehicle programs, and the RC-series and CAR-series monobloc calipers are the basis of the kits offered here.

MZ Brake supplies Alcon calipers as complete one-axle kits: two calipers, two rotors with hats and fasteners, one axle set of pads, braided stainless lines and the mounting hardware for the listed chassis. Rotors are TTSPORT high-carbon steel or STOPFLEX carbon-ceramic; pads are TTSPORT compounds matched to the rotor material.

Alcon kits are typically specified for street-and-track use on performance cars and larger SUVs, where the monobloc caliper body keeps pad taper and pedal travel under control during long braking events. Rotor diameters from 355 mm upwards are offered depending on the caliper; the minimum wheel size for each diameter is shown on the product page. Where a listing is quote-only, the rotor diameter, hat offset and bracket are confirmed against your vehicle and wheel before a price is issued.

Alcon FAQ

What is the difference between Alcon RC and CAR calipers?

Both are monobloc designs. The RC series is Alcon's compact street-performance range; the CAR series is the larger motorsport-derived range. The product page lists piston count and rotor sizes for each.

Do Alcon kits include pads and lines?

Yes. Every kit is one complete axle set with pads, braided lines and mounting hardware.

How do I confirm fitment?

Use the vehicle selector or send your chassis code and wheel details; we confirm rotor size and clearance before the order is accepted.
