Procedure

Prepare
Confirm wheel clearance with the template, gather torque tools and fresh DOT 4 fluid.

Mount
Fit brackets and calipers to the manufacturer torque spec; use thread locker where specified.

Bleed
Bleed each corner in the recommended order until fluid runs clean and the pedal is firm.

Bed in
Follow the pad-specific bed-in cycle before hard driving to seat the transfer layer.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide torque specs?
Yes — each kit's installation notes include bracket, caliper and rotor hat torque values.
What fluid should I use?
A high boiling-point DOT 4; for track use, a racing DOT 4 with dry boiling point above 300 °C.
What is bed-in?
A series of controlled stops that transfers pad material evenly onto the rotor. Skipping it causes judder and reduced bite.
