How to pick a brake kit for your Q7
The Audi Q7 (4M, 2018–2020) has front kits from AP Racing, Akebono, Alcon, Brembo, Endless and TTSPORT, with 4- to 10-piston calipers on 330–420 mm rotors. Rear kits from AP Racing, Alcon, Brembo and TTSPORT use 4-piston calipers and 380–410 mm rotors.
At the rotor size we recommend for this car, the smallest front kit clears a 17-inch wheel and some fit 18 inches, but most front kits need 19 to 21. Rear kits need 19- to 21-inch wheels. Your rotor choice, spoke shape and offset all count, so include your wheel details when you contact us.
Every kit mounts on brackets made for the Q7. Some use genuine calipers: Audi calipers made by Akebono up front, Audi calipers made by Brembo at the rear, and Cadillac calipers made by Brembo on both axles. Rotors come in high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic. Most kits are street kits; both axles also list track-focused kits.
