Brake kit options for the Ford Explorer

We match front and rear kits to the Ford Explorer (U625, 2020–2025). At the front, Brembo and TTSPORT supply 6-piston calipers, and we recommend 380–390 mm rotors. At the rear, TTSPORT offers a 4-piston kit with 380 mm rotors.

Plan on 19-inch wheels at least. With the recommended rotors, front kits need 19 or 20 inches, and the rear kit needs at least 19. Diameter is only part of the story, since spoke shape and offset also affect clearance, so send your wheel details if unsure.

Every Explorer kit mounts with brackets made for this car. Each one covers a single axle with two calipers, two rotors, pads, braided brake lines and mounting hardware. Rotors come in carbon ceramic or high-carbon steel, and all kits are street kits.
