Front and rear kits for the Mustang Convertible

For the Ford Mustang Convertible (S550, 2014–2021), front kits come from AP Racing, Brembo and TTSPORT with 4-, 6- or 8-piston calipers, and rear kits from Brembo and TTSPORT with 4-piston calipers. The front rotor size we recommend on this car is 355–405 mm; the rear is 380 mm. Choose high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic rotors on either axle.

All of these are bracket-mount kits, supplied with brackets made for the Mustang. Among the front options are kits built around genuine Ford calipers made by Brembo. The front kits are street setups; the rear kits are mostly street, with a track version available.

On wheels: with the rotor we recommend for this car, some front kits fit an 18-inch wheel, but most need 19 to 21 inches, and every rear kit needs a 19-inch wheel. Clearance also comes down to spoke shape and offset, so send us your wheel specs if there is any doubt.

Common questions — Ford Mustang Convertible ZG/S550

Will a front kit fit 18-inch wheels on my Mustang Convertible?
Some front kits do, with the rotor we recommend for this car, but most need 19 to 21 inches. Rear kits need 19-inch wheels. Spoke shape and offset also decide clearance, so send us your wheel details and we will check them against the kit.
Do any Mustang kits use genuine Ford calipers?
Yes. Some front kits are built around genuine Ford calipers made by Brembo, fitted on brackets made for this car. The genuine-caliper options are front kits only; rear kits come from Brembo and TTSPORT.
What rotor size does the Mustang rear kit use?
Rear kits on this car use a 380 mm rotor with 4-piston calipers from Brembo or TTSPORT, in high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic. They mount on brackets made for this car and need a 19-inch wheel with the rotor we recommend.
How long until a Mustang kit ships?
Kits are built to order and ship in about 15 business days. Each one is complete for one axle: two calipers, two rotors, pads, braided brake lines and mounting hardware. Tell us your car and wheels and we will check fitment before we build it.
