Matching a brake kit to your Wrangler

Kits for the Jeep Wrangler JL (2018–2026) cover both axles. Front kits use 4- or 6-piston calipers from AP Racing, Brembo and TTSPORT, with 330–405 mm rotors recommended. Rear kits use 4-piston Brembo or TTSPORT calipers with 380 mm rotors.

At the recommended rotor sizes, front kits need 17- to 21-inch wheels, and most need 18 inches or less. Rear kits need at least 19-inch wheels. Wheel spokes and offset can still get in the way, so send your wheel details if unsure.

Most kits mount on brackets made for the Wrangler, and an OEM-style direct-mount front kit bolts to the factory caliper mounts. Rotors are carbon ceramic or high-carbon steel, and every kit is a street kit. Kits are built to order and ship in about 15 business days.

Common questions — Jeep Wrangler JL

Can a Wrangler brake kit work with 17-inch wheels?
Some front kits can. Using the recommended rotor, front kits need 17- to 21-inch wheels, and most need 18 inches or less. Rear kits need at least 19 inches. Send your wheel details so we can check spoke and offset clearance.

Yes. An OEM-style direct-mount front kit bolts to the factory caliper mounts. The other kits are bracket-mount and come with brackets made for this car.
Are carbon ceramic rotors offered for the Wrangler?
Yes. Front and rear kits come with carbon ceramic or high-carbon steel rotors. We recommend 330–405 mm front rotors and 380 mm rear rotors for this car.
