Nearly all VS5 kits are front kits, with some rear kits. You can pick 4-, 6-, 8- or 10-piston calipers. Almost every kit uses brackets made for the VS5, but you can also get a direct-mount kit that uses the factory caliper mounts and needs no adapter brackets.
Most VS5 kits need at least 18-inch wheels. The choice narrows on 17-inch wheels, only the smallest kits clear 15-inch rims, and the largest require 21-inch wheels. Rotor choices: carbon ceramic, high-carbon steel or racing high-carbon steel. Street driving is the main use, though a few VS5 kits are meant for circuit race cars.
