What fits the Nissan Z

The Nissan Z (2023) takes kits on both axles. Front kits from AP Racing, Alcon, Brembo and TTSPORT run 4- to 10-piston calipers, and we recommend 330–420 mm rotors. Rear kits from AP Racing, Brembo and TTSPORT use 4-piston calipers with 355–380 mm rotors.

With the rotors we recommend, a few front kits work with 17-inch wheels, most need 19 inches or more, and the largest need 21. Rear kits need 18 or 19 inches, and most need 19. Spoke shape and offset change the picture, so send us your wheel details if you are unsure.

All kits mount on brackets made for the Z. Genuine Cadillac calipers made by Brembo are offered front and rear. Rotors come in high-carbon steel, racing high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic. Most kits are street kits, and each axle also has a track option.

Common questions — Nissan Z

Do big brake kits for the Nissan Z work with 18-inch wheels?
Some do. With the rotors we recommend, some front kits work with 18-inch wheels and a few with 17 inches, but most need 19 to 21 inches. Rear kits need 18 or 19 inches. Spoke shape and offset still matter, so send your wheel details and we check fitment first.
Can I upgrade the rear brakes on my Z as well?
Yes. Rear kits from AP Racing, Brembo and TTSPORT use 4-piston calipers with 355–380 mm rotors on brackets made for this car. Genuine Cadillac calipers made by Brembo are among the rear choices, and there is a track option too.
Which caliper and rotor sizes can I pick for the Nissan Z?
Front kits run 4-, 6-, 8- or 10-piston calipers, and we recommend 330–420 mm rotors; rear kits use 4-piston calipers with 355–380 mm rotors. With those rotors, front kits need 17- to 21-inch wheels and rear kits need 18 or 19 inches.
