Calipers, mounting and wheel size
Nearly all are front kits, with rear kits offered too. Calipers come with 4, 6, 8 or 10 pistons. Almost every kit mounts on model-specific brackets; an OEM-style direct-mount kit bolts onto the factory caliper mounts instead.
Plan on 18-inch or larger wheels for most kits. Some clear 17-inch wheels, and the smallest go inside 15-inch rims. Rotors come in high-carbon steel, carbon ceramic or racing high-carbon steel. Street kits make up most of the range, with track kits for circuit race cars.
