Choosing a big brake kit for your Avalon

The Toyota Avalon (2019–2026) gets front kits from AP Racing, Brembo, Endless and TTSPORT (4, 6 or 8 pistons) and rear kits from Brembo and TTSPORT (4 pistons). We recommend 295–410 mm front and 355–380 mm rear rotors. Bracket-mount kits include brackets made for the Avalon; up front, the OEM-style direct mount uses the factory caliper mounts.

Wheel needs vary with the rotor we recommend for this car: the smallest front kits take 16-inch wheels, yet few clear 17 inches or less and most call for 18 inches or more, up to 21 inches for the largest rotors. Rear kits want 18- or 19-inch wheels. Spoke shape and offset affect clearance too, so send wheel details.

Rotors are high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic. Most kits are street setups; a track-oriented front kit is listed. Genuine Cadillac calipers made by Brembo feature in some front and rear kits, genuine Ford calipers made by Brembo in some front kits, on Avalon-specific brackets.

Common questions — Toyota Avalon XX50

Which wheel size do I need for a big brake kit on my Avalon?
It depends on the rotor. With the rotor we recommend for this car, a few front kits clear 17-inch wheels or smaller, but most need 18 inches or more and the largest need 21 inches. Rear kits need 18 or 19 inches. Spoke shape and offset matter too, so send us your wheel details.
Is there a rear big brake kit for the Toyota Avalon?
Yes. Rear kits from Brembo and TTSPORT use 4-piston calipers with 355–380 mm rotors on brackets made for this car, and they are set up for street driving. Some use genuine Cadillac calipers made by Brembo.
What comes in an Avalon kit and how long does it take?
Each kit covers one axle: two calipers, two rotors, pads, braided brake lines and mounting hardware, including brackets when the kit needs them. Kits are built to order and ship in about 15 business days.
Can I get carbon ceramic rotors for the Avalon?
Yes. Front and rear kits for this car are offered with carbon ceramic or high-carbon steel rotors. Kits without an online price are quoted by email within one business day; tell us your car and wheels and we check fitment before building.
