RAV4 Hybrid kits: mounting and wheel size
Two mounting styles are listed for the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (2020–2024). Most kits, front and rear, come with brackets made for this car; an OEM-style direct-mount front kit skips the brackets and uses the factory caliper mounts. Bracket kits include genuine Cadillac calipers made by Brembo on both axles and genuine Ford calipers made by Brembo up front.
Front kits use 4-, 6- or 8-piston calipers from AP Racing, Brembo, Endless and TTSPORT; we recommend 295–410 mm front rotors. Rear kits combine Brembo or TTSPORT 4-piston calipers with 345–380 mm rotors. Rotors: high-carbon steel or carbon ceramic. Apart from a track-oriented front kit, all are street kits.
With the rotor we recommend for this car, 16- and 17-inch wheels suit only a few front kits, 18-inch wheels suit a few more, and the majority need 19 to 21 inches; rear kits call for 18 or 19 inches. Spoke shape and offset also play a part, so send your wheel details.
